If you or someone you know will be hosting a tournament, please contact us to reserve your tournament dates or for further information regarding our tournament coverage or fundraising programs.

We recommend you reserve the dates for your tournament as early as possible.  We often book events as much as one year in advance. To insure your tournament competitors have every opportunity for a Game Time Photo, don't delay, book your reservation today.

As a bonus, we are always happy to provide the host team with a select pictures from the tournament for promotional use and display.

League Portrait Day:

Let us help you design a package for your league pictures. To help with your fundraising needs, we are happy to provide 10% of our gross sales to your league. We have print packages and specialty photo items designed to meet all budgets.

We do recommend that you reserve the date(s) for your league pictures as early as possible so you don't miss out on a Game Time Photo.

INDIVIDUAL PLAYER PORTFOLIOS:

If great action shots are what you desire, this is the absolute best service for you (portfolios average 80 shots).

ALL of our effort and energy is focused on one individual player for an entire game.  With the ability to shoot 8 frames per second we rarely miss a play.

This is a unique and inexpensive way to preserve and document your son or daughter's athletic performances. It is unfortunate that most athletes leave youth sports with only their individual and team portraits. I guarantee that these photos will become a lifetime gift.

Please understand that this is a personalized photography service requiring a reservation prior to the game.  There is a $25 non-refundable reservation fee for this service which is due on or before game day. Credit will be given for the reservation fee for orders exceeding $75.

Prices are based on photography services provided during one game.  Travel charges apply for game locations beyond a 60 mile radius.

There are 2 purchasing options available with this service.

All-Inclusive Option - $150.00

Includes:

An action packed Digital Photo CD containing ALL of the High Resolution images from the game.

Absolutely NO copyright restrictions on the Photo CD. Included with the CD is a letter granting you FULL printing priviledges.  Use the CD to make as many prints as you want, send emails, make copies for friends and family, or even use it to make your own personalized gifts such as mugs, key chains, mouse pads, or calenders.

One - 8x10 or 11x14 Graphic Art or Inspiration Poster (Samples are found in the "PORTFOLIO" section) - Up to (2) images on the poster (you may add additional images at $10 for each additional image).

The $25 reservation fee.

Al-La-Carte Option:

You are in control of how much you spend.

Standard Prints start at $5 for a 4x6.

High Resolution Digital Photo CD starts at $35 with 10 images.

Graphic Art and Inspiration Posters start at $35 for an 8x10, $45 for an 11x14, and $50 for a 16x20. Additional images on the poster are $10 each.

The $25 reservation fee will be credited on orders exceeding $75.
